Do you have a nickname? If so how did it come about?

I have a few nicknames there’s Toe, T, The Tonster and Millbag , think we can all work out where they came from! My mother has a lot to answer for.

How would you rate yourself as a player?

I would have to say I’m very experienced, steady girls were still on football; I feel I have the ability to read a game which at my age is very useful.

On a scale of 1 – 10 I would say I’m between 6 – 7.

You are getting on a bit now (oops) is there much left in the tank?

Maybe one or two season’s left, I’m not giving up that arm brand without a fight

If you could play any other position where would it be ?

I would love to play midfield but just don’t think this old body would hold out and as you have said before I am getting on a bit.

 

We have seen you doing keeper a few times over the past 2 years, is this something you would consider taking up to prolong your playing career?

Yes I would consider this as my new position but only with a great deal of coaching, I know I will never fill the boots of the legend that is Jenny “Brave heart” Wallace “you will never take our three points”.

Where do you think we will finish in the league?

I think we will finish in the top four, which I feel is a very good achievement, we have played so many matches the season and all the girls have put in 110%

Would you make any changes to our club?

I don’t think there’s anything I would change, o hold on there is one thing, to teach Jenny Thompson how to score!!!

What football team do you support?

I don’t really support any team but if I had to pick a team it would have to be Man u.

If you could buy 1 player (male or female ) who would it be ?

It would have to be David Healy.

 

Who is the craziest person in our team?

Well there’s only one person this could be and that’s Miss Jenny Thompson.

The most quiet?

Well this has to go to two people and they are Leanne and Ashleigh

Best dressed?

Well that would have to be myself and of course our number one football Wag Samantha

Worst dressed?

There are just too many in the team to name just one!! (Apart from myself that is)

Who takes the longest to get ready?

Some people would say that its me who takes the longest to get ready, you know who you are but I don’t believe it is.

If you had one wish , what would you wish for? ( doesn’t have to be football related )

If I had one wish it would be to win our League, our Divisional Cup and our Play Off match that would move us into the National League before I hang up my boots.

So what do we think girls can you make this “old dears” dream come true.

Not really sure if this is a wish or more of a miracle!!!
